I am white female 52 years old using the following corrective
prescription :
(O.D. , O.S.) ; Spherical= -275 , -100 ; Cylindrical= -25 , -25 ;
Axis= 170 , 10 ;
Prism= ¾ Up , ¾ Down ; Reading +150 spherical both eyes.

I suffer from what I call characteristic severe eyestrain, that is
chronic and progressive to the point where I can no longer enjoy
reading or significant time viewing a computer monitor, without
developing eye fatigue and pain.

My prescription has been checked and double checked.

My job involves ever more time on the computer hence a great problem.

It is worth mentioning that I generally suffer from head and neck
aches which seem related to and aggravated by the apparent eyestrain.

Badly need help with this and all informed opinions, advice, etc.,
will be greatly appreciated, & thanks.
