Hello friends,
I just want to share the things what happened to me. I was patients of
severe attack of headache since 3-4 years back. Doctor said that it is
migraine. I took a lot medicine, but nothing happened. I just change my
lifestyle and i found improvement in me.Today i can say i has defeated
migraine. I started to getup early in morning, I started to do Yoga
daily at least for 1 hr and meditation for at least 1/2 hrs. In Yoga I
did "sarvang asan" for 3-4 minutes

After that shava asana is necessary for 4 minutes since in sarvang asan
more bloods flow to brain.

"sarvang-asan" helped much in headache. Also KAPALABHATI PRANAYAMA and
Anulom-Vilom and Brahmari (each 25 times and repeated again and again
in cycle for at least 1/2 hrs) helps a lot in headache.

After Yoga & meditation, I take a run around the field. I also try to
change my thinking style to more posisitve. I changed my sitting
posture, I started to sit straight and to keep maintain distance
between computer-monitor & my eyes.I took some resolution to myself
that
- I will not continousaly work on computer for long.I will take break
after each half an hour.
- I will take water after each half an hour.(during break from
computer)
- also in this break, i will keep my hands on my closed eye and will
take some long breath, to get relax my mind.
- I take food at time,and also will take something to eat when i feel
hungry.I will not neglect this since I am busy in work. And also will
care what i am eating.Taking fruits, less spicy foods, and home-made
food as much as possible helps.
- I used to felt headaches in much-crowdy area, so i try to avoid it
initally as much as i can.(now this probelsm doesn't exist)
- Instead of immediatly entering into AC room from outside sunny
environement, i will take a small break at some sadhowy place or in
non-AC room.
- I will take care of proper ventillation & light at office as wellas
at home.
- And mumch much much more things i found that can be improved and can
lead to better life & active life.
And I am not feeling any headache/migraine since long( around one year
has passed when i felt my migranine last time).
So I found that Changing the life style and making it more active halps
in avoiding headache and running in field in morning and doing yoga
don't make only health but also make a healthy mind and helps in to
avoid the headache.
